• Co-managing all aspects of two construction projects, developing detailed timelines and schedules for projects, and performing regular site visits.
• Coordinating 70+ employees, reviewing construction blueprints, and inspecting the work to ensure that the clients' requirements are always fully met.

During my time there, I was not only recognized by the top managers and executives as a top achieving employee but I have also won the Employee of the Month Award twice for finishing all assigned projects within budget and in a timely manner. In addition, I am a holder of a bachelor's degree in Construction Management where, with a 4.0 GPA, I was among the top 1% of students with the best academic results. I am a Certified Construction Manager possessing exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to work and function well under pressure. Last but not least, I am a native Polish speaker with a proficiency in English and the experience with all necessary software programs described by you in the job posting.
