Dear Hiring Manager,

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for the position of Learning & Development Manager SWE. I am a Learning & Communication Specialist with over 11 years’ experience and I know my diverse skills set and experience will make me an asset to PepsiCo.

As you will see from the attached CV, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles mainly within my actual company, IKEA, where I'm used to wearing many hats, and I sincerely enjoy it!; I thrive in an environment where no two workdays are the same. I had always roles where I needed to develop or train other people and I discovered that my passion is there.

The reason I'm applying for this position is that I felt very identified with the assignment and this is my natural step where I am nowadays. I love to work in an international environment and knowing that companies like PepsiCo are currently looking for someone with my profile makes me super happy and motivated to apply already.

I've always worked in visuals, communication, or leading projects positions even though the learning field was my motivation since I studied it.

My passion gets happier when I see people developing new skills and being proud of their success.

On a personal level, I am Spanish born and have lived in Switzerland for 5 years now. I'm a very social and creative person with a big sense of humor. I'm fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish as a mother tongue and I'm also currently learning German. Although I'm currently living in Switzerland, I'm very open for jobs in Barcelona area or remotely.

In closing, I am thrilled at the possibility of being part of your movement and I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the value that I can bring to the company.
