Dear Hiring Manager,


I am writing to express my interest in the Telecom Engineer position at your organization. With 7 years of experience in facility management and university campus settings, I believe I am well-equipped to contribute effectively in this role.


Currently serving as the Telecom Engineer at Sunnybank University, I have successfully managed the telecom needs of 400 staff across 2 campuses. My responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming of PBX systems and associated devices, as well as conducting preventive maintenance, traffic analyses, and liaising with departments to analyze requirements.
