I am currently the Director of First Impressions at Halliwell & Sunnybank Law, where I ensure flawless first impressions of the practice by providing smooth operations and superior customer service to lawyers, staff, clients, and visitors As well as managing our extremely busy reception desk, I manage bank deposits, mail, meeting rooms, calendars and travel arrangements for 34 lawyers.

This builds upon my time as Receptionist and subsequent promotion to Senior Receptionist at prestigious Haseler & Williams Law, where I managed 2 junior administrators and oversaw the complete renovation and modernisation of our reception and main conference rooms.
