I obtained my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from Virginia Commonwealth University in May of 2010, and subsequently worked as the sole Police Photographer for the Chesapeake Police Department in Chesapeake, Virginia for seven years. During this time, I gained experience in various areas of photography including portraiture, product photography, photojournalism, forensic photography, photo retouching, editing, digital asset management, and photo archiving.

In addition to my photography skills, I also have experience in marketing and public relations, as I was responsible for designing and creating recruitment posters and advertisements for print and social media. I am a creative and positive individual, who is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
