As you will see from my attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and in the legal and technology industries. Working in international companies, I'm used to wearing many hats, and I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two workdays are exactly the same.

The commonality between my roles has always been related to the development of people and business. Prior to my current role, I have always been tasked with responsibilities around recruiting, including resume review, on-boarding new hires, and mentorship. I believe that my analytical mindset continuously makes me question how I can find solutions to difficult challenges that improve the day-to-day experience of employees. What drew me to recruiting was the persistence, strategy, and passion it takes to connect candidates to their dream roles, and enhance companies in kind. Working in recruiting allows me to exude my confidence, communication, and approachable demeanor, but also allows me to build my skills in process management and drive targets.

I am thrilled at the possibility of being a Recruiting Coordinator with RapidSOS, an organization to which I see is not only an innovative & ambitious community, but one with a praiseworthy social conscience.
