Currently, I am employed as a Reservationist at Sunnybank Grand Spa & Resort in California. In this role, I manage reservation inquiries for a 250-bed hotel and 16-cottage resort. My responsibilities include describing guest accommodations and facilities, explaining pricing and policies, handling reservation entries and cancellations, processing payments, refunding deposits, promoting local attractions, and coordinating tourism activities.
